Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday and/or holiday will be processed on the following business day. Alliance Surgical, processes and ships orders on a Monday – Friday excluding holidays. Properly completed orders submitted prior to 12:00 pm will begin processing the same business day. Orders received after 12:00 pm will begin processing the next business day.
All Alliance Surgical Pty Ltd, products May Be Returned or Exchanged within Thirty (30) Days of Purchase. Alliance Surgical Pty Ltd, will process your refund, typically within seven (7) business days of receipt of merchandise. Return item(s) must not be damaged as determined by Alliance Surgical Pty Ltd. Return & exchange item(s) must be returned in original packaging. Item(s) marked final sale and customized orders may not be returned or exchanged for any reason. Remember to send your proof of purchase (a copy on your smart phone will do).

When we receive your items, they’re inspected and then your exchange/refund is processed. If there are any issues with your return (like they don’t meet the criteria above), we’ll be in touch.
Alliance Surgical Pty Ltd At Alliance Surgical Pty Ltd, we expect our products to be free of manufacturer defects. However, should you have a warranty issue, return the item to us for evaluation. We will repair it if possible or replace all valid warranty items within sixty (60) days of purchase. Normal wear and tear, modifications, alterations, negligence, damage and use for a purpose other than for which it was designed, are not covered by the Alliance Surgical Pty Ltd Warranty.
